How to play
- Start with one blue soldier and grow your squad along the bridge. The road moves automatically; drag left or right, or hold the arrow keys, to steer. Your troops fire automatically.
- Choose one side of each number gate. Addition and multiplication grow your squad; subtraction and division reduce it. Division rounds down. Standing on the centre line selects the right gate.
- Enemy waves span the road and shoot orange bullets at your lane. Move sideways to dodge; each bullet hit removes one soldier. Shoot waves before they reach you; each remaining enemy removes one troop on contact. The run ends when your squad reaches zero.
- Numbered blue targets are optional. Align your squad with a target to shoot it. Clearing its displayed health awards 15 troops; passing it does not damage you.
- Survive the final wave and reach the finish to clear a stage. Completing a stage opens the next of three stages. Best surviving squad size is remembered in this browser when storage is available.
- The squad counter is exact; at most 40 soldiers are drawn for readability, with a maximum squad size of 500. Pause is available at any time. Leaving the tab pauses the run. Reloading starts a fresh run and preserves completed-stage progress.
- Troop Run is an original Solo prototype inspired by the supplied troop-runner images. It has no base building, merging, online battles, or competitive ranking.
Keyboard: Focus the road. Hold Left / Right or A / D to steer. Space pauses or resumes. Use Tab and Enter to reach Start, stage selection and other controls.
